Rooted in Experience, Built for the Future

Eskimo Cold Storage has always been about more than frozen goods—it’s about people, partnerships, and a passion for excellence. Since opening its doors on April 2, 2007, Eskimo Cold Storage has grown from a shared dream into a trusted name in cold chain logistics, known for providing exceptional service to every customer, big or small.

The company was founded by Steve Williams and Karen Reece, who have worked together for over 30 years. Their dedication, vision, and leadership have earned them widespread respect throughout the industry—from fellow warehouse operators to loyal customers they strive to support every single day. The construction of Eskimo Cold Storage was a true labor of love for Steve and Karen, and the facility continues to be their pride and joy.

Facility Growth & Capabilities

From the very beginning, Eskimo Cold Storage has evolved to meet the needs of its clients. In Spring 2014, we completed Phase Two of our expansion, adding four convertible storage rooms. These versatile spaces accommodate a wide variety of products, including ice cream, fresh/cooler items, cakes, pies, and more—making our facility as adaptable as it is efficient.

2024 brought even more exciting growth. The addition of Building B expanded our capacity by an impressive 33,600 pallet positions. Outfitted with double-deep pushback racking and the Cassioli shuttle system, Building B represents a significant advancement in storage technology and efficiency. Conveniently located on the same complex as Building A, both buildings operate under the same address and driveway for seamless integration and logistics.

Leadership Team

Eskimo Cold Storage is proudly led by Steve and Karen alongside their active partners, David Lathem and Jeff Reedy. Together, they consider themselves blessed to operate such a world-class facility and remain deeply committed to giving back to the industry and community that have supported them throughout the years.
